What types of allergy treatments do you offer?
We offer prescription treatments for allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis. These include:
- An oral antihistamine used to treat allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis and dermatitis. It is taken by mouth. Effects generally begin within an hour and last for about a day.
- A nasal spray used to relieve seasonal and year-round allergic and non-allergic nasal symptoms, such as stuffy/runny nose, itching, and sneezing. It can also help relieve allergy eye symptoms such as itchy, watery eyes. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as corticosteroids. It works in your nose to block the effects of substances that cause allergies (such as pollen, pet dander, dust mites, mold) and to reduce swelling.
- An eye drop that reduces the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of itching or watery eyes. This antihistamine drop is used to treat itching, burning, redness, watering, and other eye symptoms caused by allergic conditions.
