What do I do if I don’t want to receive my next medication refill?

You can pause or delay your prescription at any time. Go to Treatments, click "View details", and click "Pause my orders". This will prevent any further refills from being processed until you are ready for them. Please note that pausing after a refill has been processed will only take effect for any subsequent refills.
