My medication isn't working. What should I do?
You can request a medication change by going to Treatments, clicking "View details" on your prescription, and using the "Change my treatment plan" feature. You can also reach out to your healthcare practitioner at any time to discuss your treatment plan. Practitioners may take 1-2 days to respond to messages, so secure messaging should not be used for emergencies. If you’re having an emergency or suicidal thoughts, please call 911 or attend the emergency department as appropriate.
