Weight Management Course Module 3 | Making New Habits Stick

In this video, we’re focusing on building healthy habits rather than following a diet plan. We will walk you through the three steps you need to know to make habits stick.

Most traditional diets focus on counting calories or following strict rules about what foods you should or shouldn’t eat. While these diets may be effective in helping someone lose a few pounds, they don’t address the underlying habits that caused the weight gain in the first place. This means that people often revert to their old habits once they stop dieting.

We’re doing things differently — the idea is to create a lifestyle that you can stick to by taking small steps you are 100% certain you can follow. 

To do: Break your goals down into small, manageable steps and make a plan to track — and celebrate — your new habits.
