Shipping

However, this doesn’t mean that every company or package will offer this type of coverage. We’d suggest reaching out to your insurance provider directly, so that you can avoid missing out on the opportunity to have a portion of the costs associated with this ongoing treatment covered by your existing benefits.
Unfortunately, Felix’s secure, chat-based online assessment system is considered to be an asynchronous service, which means that it’s not covered under any provincial health plans or private insurance companies.
This means that you’ll be charged a small initial assessment fee, in addition to the cost of your prescription medications.
Felix will take care of preparing your medication for shipping and delivering it directly (and discreetly) to your chosen address, at no extra cost.
