How the process works (Ontario only)
- Book online. After your virtual visit with Felix, simply select At-Home Lab Testing as the method of completing your lab test and choose a time that suits your schedule.
- Confirm details. You will receive a reminder phone call from your technician a day or two before your appointment. Just have your provincial health card ready—no special prep.
- Test at home. The visit takes 10–15 minutes. All technicians are provincially certified and arrive with sealed, authorized for sale by Health Canada kits.
- See your results. Once available, a Felix healthcare practitioner will review and discuss your report with you. Message your provider any time for guidance.
- Plan next steps. Need a treatment plan or guidance on lifestyle adjustments? We’ll work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
