What does a LegitScript certification mean?
LegitScript Certification is a symbol of trust, which is recognized or required by many leading companies around the world. Gaining this certification is a rigorous process to ensure that telemedicine providers, like Felix, comply with all applicable laws.
LegitScript will also only work with companies for which patient care is carefully considered. At Felix, nothing is more important than ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

What Medications Does Felix Use?
All of the medications that are prescribed and delivered through Felix’s online Pharmacy are monitored and regulated by Health Canada.
These are the same medications that would be provided with prescription through your family healthcare pracitioner or from a medical clinic. Felix never prescribes or recommends using unregulated medications.
The types of medications available to us depend on what is currently available (in stock), as well as which medications have been approved for use by Health Canada. If Health Canada has not approved it for use, Felix will not prescribe/stock the medication.
You should never use medications that you haven’t been assessed and approved for use by a licensed healthcare practitioner. Using untested or unregulated medications can be dangerous, and may lead to unexpected, negative side effects.
Who are the practitioners that prescribe medication through Felix?
All prescriptions obtained via Felix are provided by licensed Canadian healthcare practitioners— the same as you would get at a hospital, doctor’s office, or walk-in clinic.
Our doctors and medical advisors also work to ensure that our medical assessments are thorough, safe, personalized, and on-par with the best that in-person care can offer.
Each question that you answer is carefully reviewed by our practitioners and a decision is made based on these responses and your medical profile, so that a treatment plan is only approved if medically safe and appropriate.

Where is my prescription filled?
All medications delivered via Felix are authorized for sale by Health Canada and are the exact same medications as you would get at any pharmacy.
Our registered pharmacists work with us to provide best-in-class service and support, from the moment you are approved for your first prescription through Felix. We’re putting patients first at every stage of the process!
