Once you’ve created your Felix account and set up your medical profile, you can complete an online visit to any of the treatment categories you are eligible for using that same account.
Changing treatment plans does legally require a new visit as the healthcare practitioner will need to both cancel the existing treatment plan as well as review a new health assessment of yours.
Go to Treatments, click “View details”, and use the “Change my treatment plan” feature to submit a free follow-up visit and request a treatment change with your healthcare practitioner.
Treatment plans written by Felix healthcare practitioners can last up to 12 months from the date of issue.. However, the details and duration of your treatment plan will ultimately be decided by the practitioner who reviews your online visit.
