Go to Profile and click “Upload new ID”.
Go to Treatments, click “View details” on your prescription, click “Pause my orders”, and you will see the cancellation option. Please note that cancelling after a fill has been processed will not stop it from being shipped.
After we ship your last refill, you will receive an email to complete a checkup visit. Follow the link in that email, answer a few questions and update your medical profile before submitting the request to your healthcare practitioner. Once your checkup is approved, your medication will continue to be shipped based on the schedule you choose. You will be eligible to renew your prescription up to one month after its expiration.
Once your prescription is approved, our pharmacy partner network will be notified to begin the process of activating your prescription. You will receive an email from Felix asking if you would like to speak with the pharmacist, at which point the pharmacy will activate your profile. After that step is completed, they will charge and ship your medication. Refills will be automatically charged and shipped based on the refill schedule you chose during your online visit.
To get an ED prescription you’ll need to talk to a healthcare practitioner who can assess your situation and write a prescription. In Canada, only licensed healthcare practitioners can write prescriptions. Your primary care doctor can do this, or you can use an online health service like Felix and get your prescription online, without having to visit the doctor’s office.
The most common symptoms of ED are difficulty getting an erection and difficulty maintaining a firm enough erection for long enough to have a satisfying sexual experience. Once you have your prescription, you can go to a pharmacy to get it filled. If you’re using an online healthcare provider like Felix, you can skip the pharmacy and order your medications online. They’ll be delivered to your home discreetly and on a schedule that works for you, so you’ll never be without them when you need them most.
Currently, it is only possible to pause your entire shipment. This will include all prescription products and all over-the-counter products. However, you can add and remove over-the-counter products to your prescription at any time using the “Customize my treatment plan” feature.
Absolutely. Go to Treatments, click “View details” on your prescription, and use the “Customize my treatment plan” feature to remove these from your prescription package.
You can pause or delay your prescription at any time. Go to Treatments, click “View details”, and click “Pause my orders”. This will prevent any further refills from being processed until you are ready for them. Please note that pausing after a refill has been processed will only take effect for any subsequent refills.
