As part of your Longevity journey, you’ll need to complete bloodwork through LifeLabs — our lab partner.
This testing step helps your Felix healthcare practitioner evaluate over 35 biomarkers, calculate your biological age, and create a data-driven plan to support your health goals. Whether you’re visiting a LifeLabs location or doing an at-home collection (Ontario only), here’s how it all works.
Step 1: Access your Longevity lab requisition
Once you confirm you’re ready to proceed, your Felix practitioner will send your Longevity lab requisition through secure chat in your Felix account.
You’ll receive an email or SMS letting you know there’s a new message waiting. For privacy reasons, requisitions are never sent by email directly.
What to do next:
- Log in to your Felix account to view your message and download your lab requisition.
- Print your requisition if possible as some LifeLabs locations require a paper copy.
- If you don’t have access to a printer, check if your location accepts emailed or digital copies by visiting the LifeLabs location finder.
This requisition form tells the lab exactly what tests to run and ensures your results are returned securely to your Felix care team.
Step 2: Book your in-person LifeLabs test
All Longevity testing must be done at LifeLabs. You can use their location tool to search for a nearby clinic and book your appointment.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Your printed or digital Felix lab requisition
- Your provincial health card
- A government-issued photo ID (if you do not have a provincial health card)
Pro tip: Appointments are recommended, as walk-in availability varies by location. Booking ahead helps reduce wait times and ensures the lab can accommodate your test.

If you’re located in Ontario and selected at-home blood collection, you don’t need to book anything yourself.
Here’s what to expect:
- LifeLabs will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your appointment.
- A certified technician will visit your home. The collection takes 10–20 minutes.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation and a reminder call the day before your visit.
Step 3: View your results and next steps
Once your bloodwork is complete, LifeLabs will send your results directly to Felix. Most results are ready in 5–10 business days.
Your Felix healthcare practitioner will walk you through your personalized report, including:
- A breakdown of your biomarkers, highlighting where there is potential for optimization
- Warnings of abnormalities and potential risks
- Your biological age, and how that compares to your actual age
- Recommendations for treatment, supplementation, and/or lifestyle changes to improve your longevity
