Consuming significant amounts of alcohol while taking Ozempic can increase the risk of hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar episodes, and pancreatitis. Try to moderate your alcohol consumption and always eat something first to reduce the risk of adverse reactions.

Food

Getting enough protein, fiber and water is important for overall health, especially during weight loss. Fiber and water can also help combat some of the side effects you may experience while taking Ozempic.

Drugs
