Tracey Phillips, Chief Pharmacy Officer at Felix, brings over 35 years of clinical and executive leadership to the platform. Formerly the Vice President of Pharmacy for Rexall, she is the business owner of an IDA pharmacy in Westport, Ontario, and holds a controlling interest in Central Fill Solutions Inc. At Felix, she oversees national operations to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficacy across their integrated pharmacy model.
A past President of the Ontario College of Pharmacists, Tracey is a recognized authority in pharmacy policy and professional standards. Her career includes extensive experience as a teaching associate and facilitator for the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Pharmacy, the Ontario College of Pharmacists, and various pharmaceutical industry professional workshops.
Tracey holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto.
