Felix (“we” or “us”, including all of its officers, directors, employees and agents) is committed to providing a diverse, healthy, positive, supportive, safe and respectful work environment in which individuals are free from workplace violence and harassment. To prevent workplace bullying, harassment, and violence from any source, we will take any reasonable steps to protect our workers. This Policy applies to all activities that occur while interacting with the Felix Platform and third-party sub-processors. Failure to comply with this Policy may lead to removal from the Felix Platform.
Harassment or Abuse
As a User, you will not do anything in connection with the Felix Platform that is defined as harrassment. Harassment is defined as any objectionable behavior, comments, display, or communication that is known, or ought to reasonably be known to be unwelcome, intimidating, or offensive. Harassment may also include discrimination as set out in the relevant jurisdiction’s Human Rights Code and the outlined prohibited grounds.Examples of harassment include, but are not limited to:
- Yelling or shouting to intimidate (including using capitalization to depict a raised voice over chat);
- Coercion, intimidating, or belittling;
- Unwanted actions towards a person based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, gender, or religion;
- Unwelcome remarks, jokes, innuendoes, or taunting; and/or
- Unwelcome initiations, requests, or remarks.
Honesty and Integrity
Users are expected to act with honesty and integrity in all interactions on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing accurate and complete health information and medical history. You must provide truthful and complete information about your symptoms, medical history, medications, and lifestyle when filling out forms or speaking with healthcare providers. Omitting or misrepresenting information could result in inappropriate treatment or harm to your health.
- Only using the platform under your own name and for your own healthcare needs. Creating false identities, impersonating others, or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.
- Only using any medications prescribed through the platform as directed by a licensed healthcare provider. Misuse of prescriptions, including attempting to obtain unnecessary or duplicate medications, may result in disciplinary action and could be reported to regulatory or legal authorities.
- Use of services in good faith. The Felix Platform is designed to provide real medical care, not for testing the system, misusing services, or engaging in dishonest behavior. Using the service dishonestly may result in a loss of access.
Appropriate Use of the Platform
Our platform is designed to support timely, secure, and high-quality healthcare. To ensure a safe and effective experience for everyone, patients must use the platform responsibly and only for its intended purposes. Users may not engage in any action that could damage, interfere with, or impair the functioning of the platform or its systems (including subprocessors). This includes attempting to hack, alter, overload, or reverse-engineer the software, or any of its features. You are responsible for reading and following any instructions given by the platform or your provider, including appointment guidelines, follow-up requirements, and usage policies. Failure to do so could delay your care or result in removal from the platform.
Any User who exhibits any of the above behaviors will be removed from the Felix Platform immediately. Felix reserves the right to remove or edit User content that is considered to be harassment against any of our Healthcare Professionals or Customer Support Team on the Felix Platform and report unlawful or unsafe behavior to appropriate authorities.
Felix encourages Users to provide feedback related to any concerns that arise while accessing our Platform. To protect the safety and privacy of our Healthcare Professionals and Customer Support Team, identifying information of an agent published on a third-party processor (ex. Google, TrustPilot) will be reported. Users should direct complaints related to specific agents to Felix Customer Support Chat for appropriate escalation, and should provide feedback publicly using only non-identifying information.
