And with free delivery across Ontario, it’s just another way we’re helping you get back to living life on your terms – the way it should be.
General Information
You may be able to get a prescription to order Propecia online in Ontario, but before you can access medications like this, you’ll have to get your health and medical history assessed by a licensed professional.
At Felix, you can get assessed by one of our friendly healthcare practitioners from the comfort and privacy of your own home through our secure online assessment system.
All you need to do is take a few minutes to fill out your online assessment and one of our clinicians will usually get back to you within 24 hours. If they think Propecia treatments could be right for you, they can offer you a prescription for it.
The first thing that you should do if you’re interested in ordering Propecia online in Ontario from Felix is to complete your short online assessment, whenever it makes sense for you.

Shipping
There are 4 steps that you’ll have to go through to get Propecia online in Ontario through Felix, but they’re really easy-to-follow. Let’s explore them in detail:
STEP 1: Complete a short online assessment, whenever it makes the most sense for your schedule. It only takes a few minutes to fill out, and it can be completed anytime, day or night.
STEP 2: One of our practitioners will review your assessment and get back to you to discuss treatment options that they believe are appropriate. Typically, they’ll get back to your assessment request within 24 hours.
STEP 3: If you’re approved to get Propecia online in Ontario, Felix’s pharmacy partners are happy to fill and prepare your treatments for shipment to your chosen address. This step takes about 2-3 business days.
STEP 4: Last, Felix will ship your treatment in Ontario to your home via Express Post, which provides secure, timely delivery. This final step takes another 2-3 business days.
Together, you could begin treatments with Propecia as early as 5-7 business days after making a request, if you’re approved for a Propecia prescription.

No, it doesn’t cost anything to have your online Propecia prescription shipped in Ontario to your home.
With Felix, you only have to pay a small assessment fee, as well as the cost of any treatments that are offered by your practitioner and accepted by you during your assessment follow-up.
Felix and our pharmacy partners are happy to take care of filling and delivering your online Propecia orders in Ontario, at no extra cost to you!
Insurance
There’s really no way for us to know whether you could be covered by your private insurance benefits, because every insurance provider and benefits package will include a different set of features.
We’d suggest reaching out to your insurance provider ahead of submitting your assessment with Felix, so that you can provide any relevant insurance coverage information during your assessment checkout.
Not only will this save you time and energy later, but it allows Felix to bill your insurer directly for you, as a courtesy!
The same kind of issue arises when we consider provincial health coverage, because even if there is coverage to get Propecia online in Ontario, there’s no way for us to know whether you’d be eligible to access these benefits.
Thankfully, we’ve gathered some useful resources that can help you begin determining whether you may be eligible to apply for this type of coverage.
Unfortunately, no. Online visits won’t be covered by any provincial or private insurance plans.
This means, you’ll be required to pay a small assessment fee, as well as the cost of any treatments that you and your practitioner agree upon during your assessment.
Felix and our pharmacy partners will provide the opportunity to have your treatments filled and delivered (discreetly) to your home, at no additional cost to you. It’s one way we’re helping our patients make up the small cost of assessment with value and savings in other areas.
Yes, we’re happy to announce that Felix will work with all registered insurance providers in Ontario that cover online Propecia orders for our patients. However, it’s vital to remember that not every provider or package will include this type of benefit.
You should take some time to contact your insurance representative directly, so that they can tell you whether you have coverage for these types of treatments, as well as how much yearly you have in your current plan.
This way, you can provide all of this applicable information to your assigned clinician during the assessment process.
You would have to take this question to your insurance provider directly to get a clear answer, because there’s no way for us to know if your current plan includes coverage to get Propecia in Ontario.
Once you’ve gathered this information for your practitioner, they can guide you on how to provide this information during assessment checkout, so that Felix can bill your insurer for you to save you the time and hassle.
We can’t answer whether you’d be covered by provincial health plans either, for the same types of reasons; even if online Propecia orders are available through OHIP coverage, there’s no way for us to know if you would be eligible to apply for this coverage.
That’s why we’ve put together some very valuable information that should help you with Understanding Insurance better, so that you can determine if benefits may be available to you, as well as if you’re eligible to access them.

I recently moved to a smaller city in British Columbia. I had a family doctor in my last community but after moving I no longer have one. Felix Health has been a great resource. The clinicians are consistently kind, thoughtful, encouraging and clearly dedicated to making sure that my overall well-being is the focus – not just my physical self

Insurance
Treatment coverage varies greatly between different insurance plans.
The good news is that if you are covered, Felix can bill your insurer directly, and then process your treatment plan at no additional cost to you. We recommend that you upload your private and/or provincial benefit card during the online visit so that our pharmacy partner can apply any coverage you are eligible for before processing your treatment plan.
Insurance coverage for treatment plans through Felix doesn’t include the cost of your visit.
Go to Billing where you can add or update your insurance information on file.
You will find the official receipt for your medication costs within your package from the pharmacy. This receipt can be used to submit a manual claim directly to your insurance/benefits provider. Future refills will be direct-billed directly to your insurance provider, once you have uploaded your insurance information from the Billing tab of your account.
The coverage you are eligible for will not be deducted until the pharmacy processes your refill, so the price you see in your profile is the estimated maximum medication cost before benefits. Once the pharmacy ships your meds, the actual cost will be displayed for the respective refill.
OHIP+ covers some birth control for eligible residents of Ontario who are under 25 years old and do not have private insurance. You can check if your birth control medication is covered here. Make sure to upload your Ontario health card during your online visit so our pharmacy partners can apply your coverage directly.
Medication coverage varies greatly between different plans, provinces, and has specific criteria that determine eligibility. For private insurance, we recommend contacting your benefits administrator with your details and the Drug Identification Number (DIN) and the drug name to determine your coverage.

Felix 101
Absolutely. Our online assessments have been designed to ask all the necessary questions required for diagnosis. We’ve worked with specialists to create an assessment process that can provide sufficient information for the healthcare practitioner to determine whether or not you are eligible for a prescription and craft an appropriate treatment plan.
No. Felix provides a faster, hassle-free way for you to get a treatment plan for certain conditions, but our service does not replace your primary care provider. For matters that extend beyond obtaining a lifestyle treatment safely and easily, we encourage you to consult your primary health practitioner in person — whether for checkups, personal health concerns, or to inform them about your current treatments or treatment plans.
Call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room immediately. Felix is not intended for medical emergencies. Once the emergency has been addressed or resolved, contact your prescribing practitioner to inform them of your experience as this may impact your current treatment plan.
Felix is Canada’s first truly integrated healthcare platform. We provide on-demand treatment for everyday health needs like weight loss, mental health, sexual health, and more. Founded in 2019, our digital-first approach to healthcare includes everything from diagnosis to prescription — all accessible from the comfort of home.
Anyone who is 18 years or older (16 or older for acne and birth control prescriptions), and is located in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan or Ontario. We cannot ship treatments outside of these provinces at this time.
Our Healthcare Practitioners
You will have the ability to chat with your designated Felix practitioner for the entirety of your prescription length. When your prescription is nearing completion, we will email you to submit a checkup visit so one of our prescribers can renew your prescription.
Our matching system is based on availability, so we can’t guarantee you’ll be paired with the same healthcare practitioner at your renewal visit.
Felix practitioners are unable to make referrals at this time. We suggest you speak with your family doctor or local walk-in clinic.
Your Felix practitioner will message you via secure instant message. You’ll receive an email when you have a new message and can respond to these from within your Felix account.
Our medical team and board members help oversee each of our treatments to ensure our medical assessments are thorough, safe, personalized, and provide best-in-class care. Our pharmacists provide treatment support through medication counselling and education.
They are all licensed, real Canadian healthcare practitioners! All online visits submitted via Felix are reviewed by them and they must be licensed in your province to prescribe you the medication. It is these healthcare practitioners, and not Felix, who determine whether or not to write you a prescription, as well as the appropriate dosage (where applicable).
