Orforglipron
A once-daily pill from Eli Lilly. Not yet authorized for sale by Health Canada; it's safety and efficacy are still under review.
We have an exciting update: two new medications are on their way to Canada in pill form. The Wegovy pill and Orforglipron are both taken once a day, so no more weekly injections. Orforglipron hasn’t been authorized for sale by Health Canada yet, and its safety and efficacy are still under review.
Both are expected early 2027, based on publicly available information such as Health Canada’s standard review timelines, and that timing may change. That’s exactly why it’s worth signing up. We’ll email you as soon as timing and pricing firm up, and let you know the moment each one is available at Felix.

I’m already on an injection with Felix. Can I switch?
Possibly. Once a pill is available, you can talk to your Felix clinician about whether switching makes sense for you.
Will I need a prescription?
Yes. Both pills will require a prescription. At Felix, that starts with a quick online assessment reviewed by a licensed Canadian clinician.
