A Gifted Longevity Subscription is an annual subscription paid for by one person (the “Purchaser”) to be used by someone else (the “Recipient”). Gifted Longevity Subscriptions allow access to one (1) Longevity Complete Test by the Recipient during a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase (the “Gift Term”). Any purchase or use of Gifted Longevity Subscriptions is subject to these Special Terms, which are in addition to and do not replace the general Felix Health Terms of Use and the Felix Longevity Subscription Terms and Conditions.
Purchasing a Gifted Longevity Subscription
Gifted Longevity Subscriptions may only be purchased at felixforyou.ca for the service Longevity Complete. Specific terms and conditions set forth in the purchase process may apply. Felix will generate a unique access code that will allow the Recipient to access the Gifted Longevity Subscription, and Felix will email that access code to the Purchaser on the date of purchase.
Accessing a Gifted Longevity Subscription
On the date of purchase, Felix will send an email containing an access code to the Purchaser at the email address provided at the time of purchase. The Purchaser will then be responsible for the delivery of the access code to the Recipient. The Recipient may use the access code to access the Gifted Longevity Subscription at any time during the Gift Term. Additional testing during the Gift Term may be purchased at the sole cost of the Recipient. The Gifted Longevity Subscription may not be transferred to another user account once activated by the Recipient.
The Gifted Longevity Subscription will begin on the purchase date and will end at the end of the Gift Term, regardless of whether the Recipient accesses the Gifted Longevity Subscription on the date of purchase, a later date or never. Upon first access, the Recipient will be required to create an account and agree to the Felix Health Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Subscription Renewal
Gifted Longevity Subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal at the end of the initial term at the sole cost of the Recipient. Upon renewal, the subscription will continue at the then-current standard rate, and the renewal fee will be charged to the Recipient, not the Purchaser. By activating or redeeming a Gifted Longevity Subscription, the Recipient agrees to assume responsibility for any future renewal charges unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date in accordance with the Felix Longevity Subscription Terms and Conditions.
Use of Gifted Longevity Subscription in Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Felix has the right to void Gifted Longevity Subscriptions, close User Accounts, and bill alternative forms of payment if it is suspected that a Gifted Longevity Subscription is obtained, used or applied to a user account (or is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these special terms or the Felix Health Terms of Use.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds on Gifted Longevity Subscriptions are subject to the Felix Shipping and Returns Statement , and are available at the sole discretion of Felix to the Purchaser prior to the activation of the Gifted Longevity Subscription by the Recipient. The Recipient at no time will be eligible for a refund. A Gifted Longevity Subscription may be cancelled by the Recipient at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
Felix is not responsible and assumes no liability for non-delivery of an email because of an invalid address, spam filters or any other reason. The Purchaser is solely responsible for announcing the Gifted Longevity Subscription to the Recipient. Felix is not responsible for loss or misuse of Gifted Longevity Subscription access codes. Gifted Longevity Subscriptions have no cash value or other value and can only be used to access the relevant Services during the Gift Term.
FELIX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFTED LONGEVITY SUBSCRIPTIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFTED LONGEVITY SUBSCRIPTIONS.
