New Brunswick continues to follow the trend of the provinces that Felix services, with the cost per month for Wegovy ranging from $400-$570, depending on the pharmacy, and if you have any private insurance.
Wegovy has become extremely popular in New Brunswick since its introduction, alongside the other provinces in Atlantic Canada.
Quebec
Wegovy is another product where the price of Wegovy treatments ranges between $400-$570 per month, based on the same common factors that impact its cost.
It’s good to note that Quebec’s provincial health plan, RAMQ, generally does not cover these types of medications, and therefore, unless you have confirmed private insurance coverage with your personal benefits provider, you should expect to pay these costs out of pocket.
Prince Edward Island

Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia is another Atlantic province, which has a high rate of usage for Wegovy treatments, sitting around 24% and putting it second highest in usage under PEI.
Newfoundland and Labrador
Shockingly (not really at this point), the average cost of Wegovy in Newfoundland and Labrador tends to range between $400-$570 per month, based on the usual factors.
Unfortunately, at this time, the estimated enrollment in Newfoundland and Labrador’s public drug program is only at 22%, which influences how far public coverage options can reach. Until these numbers increase, seeking public health support will likely be challenging for patients living here.
