What to do if you skip a dose

Skipping a week or forgetting to take a dose can happen. Here’s what to do if you miss a dose:

• If it’s been 5 days or less since you missed a dose, take your skipped dose as soon as you remember. Then, take your next dose on your regular schedule.
• If it’s been 5 days or more since you missed a dose, skip that dose altogether. Then, take your next dose on your regular schedule. Do not increase your dose or take an extra one.
