Ozempic Treatment Support: Weeks 10-13

Your third pen will last 4 weeks

You should continue taking Ozempic once per week, on the same day, at roughly the same time.

Weeks 10-13:

Maintain a dose of 1 mg for the next four weeks using your third pen.

In week 11 you’ll be prompted to complete a renewal in order to continue treatment. Don’t forget: your labs must be completed before you can start your renewal.

You’ll need to complete a renewal soon

To continue with treatment past week 13, you’ll need to:

1. Complete your labs:

If you haven’t already, download the lab requisition sent by your practitioner in your private chat and complete the tests at a local lab.

2. Submit your renewal

Complete a short questionnaire to help your practitioner assess how your treatment is working.

3. Chat with your practitioner

Your practitioner will reach out to confirm you want to continue treatment and discuss any adjustments.

When your renewal is approved, you’ll be charged a $40 renewal fee and your new prescription will be filled by our pharmacy.
