Ozempic will be one of several medications available to you as part of your online visit with Felix. You’ll be able to request Ozempic as part of your online visit, but this prescription will always be subject to approval by a Felix practitioner.
If your prescription is approved, we will ship it to your door, free of charge.
As part of your initial assessment you will schedule a video appointment with a healthcare practitioner to discuss the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
In addition, you may be required to make an appointment for lab tests as your prescription will be conditional on your lab results.
In Canada, Ozempic is not available over the counter, so you need a prescription from a prescriber.
If you are seeking a prescription for Ozempic, you can talk to a Felix healthcare practitioner about whether it is the right solution for you.
Anyone can complete the initial online assessment. From there, a Felix healthcare practitioner will determine if treatment is appropriate based on your health information. Patients must either reside in Alberta, Ontario or reside in British Columbia and be a permanent resident or citizen of Canada. Patients are required to be in Canada while receiving care.
This will depend on your insurance policy. The good news is that if you are covered, Felix will be able to bill your insurer directly. Read more about insurance coverage here.
