We are looking for an energetic and customer obsessed Product Manager to join the Felix Product team! Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be principally responsible for the execution of our product strategy, supporting all areas of the product lifecycle from planning and design to roadmapping and launch. The Product Manager will assume ownership of our product roadmap, implementing various strategies and processes to drive the best possible product outcomes for our users. In addition, the Product Manager will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across our organization, including Engineering, Growth Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to achieve our product-related strategic goals. The Product Manager will be a critical member of our Felix Product & Design team as it looks to deliver innovative, industry-transforming products that drive acquisition, engagement and retention within our proprietary ecosystem of patients, doctors and pharmacies.


  • Execute our product vision based on a sophisticated understanding of our patients, verticals of care, target market and virtual healthcare industry dynamics 
  • Own the full product lifecycle including user research, user stories, writing specifications, guiding feature development and implementing A/B testing best practices
  • Develop a technical understanding of our products to identify areas for optimization and innovation to enhance and modernize the product experience
  • Work in partnership with Engineering, Growth Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to ensure that product roadmaps are thoughtfully constructed, managed and executed to achieve KPIs and deliver maximum value to our patients
  • Leverage extensive product knowledge and expertise to track product performance, drive decision-making and facilitate the best product outcomes 
  • Provide continuous product updates to the VP of Product and Senior Leadership Team supported by data-driven, metric-based analysis and recommendations


  • 3+ years of product management experience in a high growth DTC, B2C or SMB SaaS environment building transformative products 
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders to move projects forward and past the finish line 
  • Entrepreneurial drive: a strategic self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to solve problems 
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Looker or Periscope 
  • The ability to distill complex datasets in actionable insights to solve complex customer problems
