Growth Lead

Remote; Toronto

Felix is looking for a Growth Lead to accelerate our user acquisition in Canada. In this role, you’ll be contributing to Felix’s growth goals, helping Canadians gain easy access to healthcare.

We’re looking for a strong operator and growth leader who is experienced working with cross functional teams and delivering measurable results. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you’ll be leading our user acquisition strategies across three main product verticals, building the content, campaign and optimization strategy to hit our goals.

What you will do

As a Growth Lead, you will use your knowledge and experience activating and efficiently scaling campaigns, launch relevant content to fuel awareness, get deep on analytics, U/X and A/B testing to maximize conversion rates and be up for filling in the gaps as we build out a world class marketing team to support the growth of Felix. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day campaign optimizations across paid acquisition channels (Social / Search) to drive increased registration and ultimately Felix subscribers.
  • Develop, launch and scale campaigns to support user acquisition across three main product verticals.
  • Leading channel testing with an aim to identify efficiency, incrementality and scalability to diversify channel mix
  • Leading content creation including static and video formats to ensure creative is refreshed and optimized against our data-driven creative testing framework
  • Optimize conversion funnels on landing page experiences through quantitative and qualitative testing from acquisition to customer marketing
  • Identify and test levers for user growth including data analysis by regions, channels, cohorts and funnel
  • Direct data analysis, and interpretation of market, campaign and backend data for short- and long-term campaign, performance, budgets, ROI and forecasts.
  • Develop a bi-directional feedback loop to foster strong collaboration with Brand, Lifecycle and Content marketing teams, driving a culture of constant improvement.
  • Work with media partners to develop campaign/audience/creative strategies to strength impact on each channel
  • Contribute to monthly marketing budget planning and strategy 
  • Create and communicate performance reports for key stakeholders

Qualifications / Skills: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role
  • Successful management of paid social and search channels (1MM+ in annual working media dollars) at a B2C brand or ad agency. Experience in a scale up environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage programs end-to-end and prioritize competing workstreams
  • You are analytical and metrics driven with strong copywriting skills along with a hunger to test and experiment with new and innovative ideas
  • You live and breathe anything, and everything related to opportunity creation & growth because you consider yourself a strategist who can optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates and increase funnel marketing efficiencies
  • You have experience with improving and optimizing online user experience, with a focus on B2C conversions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Growth hacking mindset
  • Experience working on CRO across campaigns and landing pages
  • Expertise in PPC, SEM, SEO experience
  • Knowledge of UX/UI Design

Required Skills

  • Deep experience with paid campaign tools including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SnapChat Ads 
  • Proficiency in GA, GTM, and Google Optimize, MixPanel and Looker.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically identify and resolve problems.
  • Built and managed successful customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to turn complex data into easily understood insights that inform actionable tactics
  • Ability to engage and create a data-driven narrative with senior management
